Edison Porto Viro project: TMpower and UPS
In Porto Viro the construction site is open for the redevelopment of the Thermoelectric Power Plant, the TMpower switchboard and the UPS reach the TMsec already at its destination for the setting up of the power cabins.
T.M. is installing
with TMsec, TMpower, Resin Transformer and UPS
two utility power cabins,
one of which is fully equipped.
The Porto Viro thermoelectric plant is composed of a gas turbine, coupled to an alternator, a recovery steam generator, a steam turbine coupled to its alternator and a water-cooled condenser.
The medium voltage current is fed into the TMsec panel which will direct it to a 630KVA resin transformer responsible for its conversion into low voltage, the low voltage will in turn be redistributed inside the cabin by a TMpower panel. One of the TMpower users will be reserved for an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) responsible for maintaining the auxiliary services, also supplied by T.M..
The TMpower switchboard, a high-performance Power Center for distributing low voltage to the UPS and auxiliary services to complete the supply, reached the Porto Viro Power Station today.
