LV Motor Control Panel
For the command, control and protection of low voltage motors, T.M. has designed, built and tested the TMmotor switchboard, a Motor Control Center in two versions: with fixed drawers (TMmotor-F) and with extractable drawers (TMmotor-W). The structure of the switchboard can be perfectly coupled with the TMpower. In designing the switchboard, efforts were directed towards the plant aspect, studying solutions aimed at offering the user a multiplicity of uses and the possibility of responding to the most varied plant needs.
The TMmotor (Motor Control Center) panel is designed for starting and controlling motors. This type of panel has a wide range of single or double previously wired drawers, which allow for high continuity of service in the event of faults or maintenance.
The panel is designed taking into account functionality (for example, the lateral cable channel has dimensions that allow easy access to the power and auxiliary connections (L400mm), the simplicity of the operating and locking devices and a long operating period).
Safety and Easy handling
The metal segregations between the standardized elements and the use of self-extinguishing insulating materials prevent the spread of any fires. As with the TMpower, the busbar system of the TMmotor has been designed and manufactured with air insulation, using insulators that constitute the busbar anchoring system, obtained from stratified polyester glass monoblocks, with high mechanical seal characteristics. All control operations are carried out from the front by means of simple and functional devices, with mechanical signals of the position of the various components, with clear instructions for the operations shown on the front of the panel.
