Low voltage distribution board
In the field of low voltage power distribution, T.M. has designed, built and tested the TMpower switchboard dedicated to primary energy distribution, designed to offer the user a variety of uses and the possibility of responding to the most varied system needs; therefore, in the design of the compartments, functionality, simplicity of the operating and locking devices and a long operating period were taken into consideration.
The TMpower is a high-performance Power Center, equipped with air and boxed circuit breakers in both fixed and withdrawable versions, and thanks to its small, “very compact” dimensions (6300A, in a compartment measuring W1000 x D1200mm) and the lateral cable duct that allows easy access to the power and auxiliary connections (W400mm), it is also suitable for use in various types of cabins (prefabricated, compact, mobile and underground cabins). All the equipment installed on the TMpower (switches, disconnectors and fuses) are removable to facilitate maintenance and replacements.
Safety and Easy Maneuverability:
The metal segregations between the standardized elements and the use of self-extinguishing insulating materials prevent the spread of any fires. The busbar system has been designed and manufactured with air insulation, using insulators that constitute the busbar anchoring system, obtained from stratified polyester glass monoblocks, with high mechanical seal characteristics. All control operations are carried out from the front by means of simple and functional devices, with mechanical signals of the position of the various components, with clear instructions for the operations shown on the front of the panel.
